"Statefarm is very bad with handle claims i have a claim open up pass the staute of the limitaions still haven't been settled this company dont like pay claims. Because they work off a profit margin so baiscally what im sayin statefarm like to genrate profit in hope all its driver never get into a wreck. Cause they dont like to pay out claims."

"This office and the staff have zero professional experience and has worst customer service. They are very rude on the phone and if you go to their office regarding your policy, they delay your work and don’t give a shit. I’ve been calling and going to this office for the past couple of days to resolve the issues with my insurance but they are saying their underwriting are upgrading and makes excuses to postponed the work. If you want comfort with your insurance, don’t ever never go to this office."

"Worst people and customer service at this office. It has been a week that I go to this office and call them for my refund but they are not doing anything about it. Go to anywhere you want to purchase policy not these people. You will regret working with these people."
